The Baptist Housing Ministry provides undergraduate and graduate men and women from many Christian denominations opportunities for personal growth and ministry. Our staff oversees the maintenance and upkeep of BHM's needs. In seeking to preserve the cooperative nature of the living community within each house, residents assist in meal preparation and clean up, which significantly lowers residents' housing costs. Each house has paid and volunteer staff to implement house procedures.
Bible study and prayer groups, mission and social events, and intramural athletic teams are available to house residents.

Christian housing for undergraduate and graduate men. Double rooms are offered at Koinonia. Rates for the 2023/2024 academic year are $8,952.00, meals included.

Stratford House
Christian housing for undergraduate and graduate women. Double and single rooms are available. Rates for 2023/2024 academic year are $9,852.00 for a single room and $9,486.00 for a double or triple room, meals included. Single room availability will be on a first come, first served basis.

Sutton HouseChristian cooperative living for undergraduate and graduate women. Rates for the 2023/2024 academic year are $4,704 without meal plan; $6,444.00 with a meal plan.
